ARO is to Fighting against human trafficking the modern slavery, unsafe migration, rescue restore and rehabilitation of victims of human trafficking. We impart education and Awareness on human trafficking, unsafe migration and unsolicited job opportunities, in the in schools and Colleges as well as in the community context at large. Awareness programmes, counseling sessions, trainings, rallies, consultations, drawing competitions, marathon, walkathon, street theatre and the like have been our ongoing efforts. Sensitization sessions have been provided to teachers, SHG Leaders, NGOs, local Government officials, Student Leaders, youth and Adolescents for enhanced understanding on the prevailing community issues as well as effective involvement in solving the problems.

• 30 Anti Human Trafficking Vigilant Committees (VC) are formed and functioning effectively in the villages preventing human trafficking, involved in rescue and integration.
• Child protection Policy is in place to ensure that no child is abused
• Child Protection Committees are functioning in the villages, ensuring the Rights of Children
• Village level volunteers group are supporting the VC in identifying the traffickers and safeguarding the vulnerable children, women and youth
• IEC Materials are circulated around the villages, reminding the communities their responsibility to save their people from this predicament
