55 Supplementary Education Centres are organized in the 55 interior villages in Assam, including 1700 children. Trained teachers and volunteers in each centre prepare the children studying from class 1 to 10 to complete their lessons and accomplish daily tasks. They are organized into children parliaments, imparted Child Right Education, Life Skills, moral education, games and sports during holidays and weekends. Teachers and volunteers visit their schools and assess their progress periodically. In the past two years, no dropouts are reported from these localities.
